Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) on Aqua

[06-Jan-07] MODIS instrument launched onboard NASA's Aqua satellite in 2002. MODIS (Aqua) has contributed to the long-term continuous record of satellite-derived chlorophyll data that began with the launch of SeaWiFS in 1997.
